I guess Nvidia figures that if you have the money to buy a Titan X then you have the money to spend on games and they don't need to try to sweeten the deal. It would still be nice to get a pair of new games with your $1000 purchase but they don't anticipate anyone seriously complaining other than people who can't afford it.
Yeah, but Nvidia has always used these game promos as incentives to help sell certain SKUs. At this point, given how well Titan X has sold (constantly in and out of stock at Nvidia.com and all major retailers), they don't think Titan X needs any incentives but I agree, it would have been nice to get a couple codes with the purchase.
Same thing happened with 970/980 launch actually, there was a Borderlands PS promo going on for the 700 series and the 970/980 weren't included. Only months later, was the Pick-Your-Path promo launched and the 970/980 included. Newegg did right by me though, and gave me 2 codes for the 2x980s I bought at launch.
I have read of similar reports that some retailers are doing the same this time around, so it may be worth pinging them if you bought a card recently.
I remember going for FarCry4 in the last pack. Seemed the least buggy at the time, but I haven't played it much since then. It just lacks a proper coop.

Well most people on the fence about upgrading and waiting for 390/X probably aren't in the market for Titan X...chizow - Tuesday, May 5, 2015 - link
